My story
Yoga has been a steady part of my life for over a decade. In a world that constantly pulls us out of our bodies and into distraction, the practice has always brought me back - to stillness, to breath, to presence.
I started practicing quietly in the safety of my home, hesitant to join a public class. When I finally took that step, I discovered more than just movement - I found a community. That connection, the shared space of support and acceptance, opened something deep within me. Yoga became not only a healing tool for my nervous system and body but also a path back to my authentic self.

Now, I’m passionate about creating that same environment for others. My teaching invites students to slow down, soften into their bodies, and access the quieter parts of themselves that often get drowned out in daily life. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, my goal is to offer a class where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

Yoga is for everyone. When approached with care, it becomes a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and reconnection.
