I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, trained at Arise Yoga in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is a return - to the body, to the breath, to a slower, more present way of being. I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin, and deeply restorative practices that support nervous system regulation, mobility, and emotional ease.

Rather than striving for perfection on the mat, my classes invite you to soften, listen, and move in a way that honors your unique rhythms. Influenced by Ayurvedic principles, somatic awareness, and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence, my approach weaves together strength, stillness, and self-compassion.
